Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 hourly

You'll dive into a world of prompt and courteous service, answering calls with a smile within three rings and dazzling guests with your enthusiasm. From transferring calls with finesse to offering to arrange a fun ride, you'll be the ultimate anticipator of guest needs. Stay in the loop with upcoming events and promotions while mastering emergency procedures like a pro. And hey, who said office duties couldn't be a blast? Dive into the excitement of logging info accurately while enjoying every moment of your personalized wake-up calls. What you will do as a PBX Operator:                             

  • Always answers calls within 3 rings or less. Continually provides prompt and courteous service when answering guest calls, making transfers to the appropriate departments for further servicing while following departmental procedures. Uses approved greeting.
  • Anticipates guest needs. Offers to contact valet for car retrieval or to arrange other transportation, when appropriate.
  • Continually maintains a working knowledge of upcoming Turning Stone events and promotions and advises guests correctly.
  • Promptly and accurately logs all information, and performs other office duties as determined by the supervisor and/or manager. These duties include typing and filing.
  • Always provides a warm and sincere greeting using guest's name when a personal wake-up call is requested.
