Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Account Management team in supporting client benefit plan design needs and maintaining client relationships.
  • Support communication with external vendor partners, including PBMs, TPAs, and ancillary programs.
  • Help manage internal RFP/procurement and market-check processes for assigned accounts, including coordinating project timelines and PBM data requests.
  • Assist with PBM contract reviews and documentation.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings and help prepare presentations and project updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Apply knowledge of Formulary Management, Drug Utilization Management, Rx Contracts, RFP processes, and Rx Benefit Plan Design to support team activities.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, benefit plan design, or a related support role.
  • Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) experience.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) knowledge - Understanding of PBM operations, formulary management, and Rx benefit design.
  • Excel and data analysis skills - Ability to work with pharmacy or claims data to identify trends and support client reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems - Managing client information and supporting account workflows.
  • Project management experience - Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and multi-stakeholder communication effectively.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills - Building trust, presenting clearly, and managing expectations in a professional setting.

Additional Requirements
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
