The Westbrook School Department is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our finance team starting as soon as available.
The Payroll Specialist position is essential in our school district of over 500 employees. The Payroll Specialist manages the payroll system and must be a detail-oriented and dependable member of our collaborative and supportive finance team that includes the Assistant Superintendent of Finance, Accountant, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Payroll Generalist. The Payroll Specialist also collaborates with the Human Resources Department and the Superintendent's Office in support of our employees. High interpersonal and technical skills are a must and knowledge of Infinite Visions software is desirable.
