Job Duties May Include:
  • Manage payroll processing for multiple outsourced payroll clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding activities for client employees.
  • Provide support for timekeeping systems, including troubleshooting and employee assistance.
  • Process and upload 401(k) contribution files and other retirement plan information.
  • Update employee payroll deductions related to benefits, including annual open enrollment changes.
  • Track and maintain employee paid time off (PTO), vacation, sick leave, and other accrual balances.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Reconcile and file quarterly payroll tax reports.
  • Assist with payroll journal entries, basic QBO knowledge.
  • Assist with other payroll and client service responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years payroll & bookkeeping experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, college degree in related field strongly preferred.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving. issues in a professional and timely manner.

Required Skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with HRIS systems & administration.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a deadline driven environment.
  • Attention to detail.
