Overview

The Payroll Operations Supervisor is responsible for Payroll Operations processes that are related to items such as Associate questions about pay, adjustments related to hours for associates, light duty, salary disability pay, benefit deductions, stipends, recurring pay, charitable contributions, union dues, etc. Responsibility also includes the management of the relationship with associates via ASC ticketing process.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Responsibilities
  • Management of team that updates adjustments received from associates or various business partners as related to pay or deduction items.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies related to pay.
  • Manage the team that responds to all associate inquiries and manage the ASC ticket queue for pay hours, PTO and deduction questions.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of laws and ensure compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws related to associate pay and deductions.
  • Team management - interviewing, hiring, training and developing associates. Evaluating associate work performance. Scheduling and monitoring work assignments. Documentation of job procedures.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
