Job description

LHH is partnering with a large firm to search for a temporary Payroll Coordinator. This position will mainly be responsible for employee changes in the payroll system. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of professional office, accounting, HR, or payroll experience. Most of your work will be done in ADP and Microsoft Excel so familiarity with those systems is preferred. There will be a lot of coordination and communication with internal and external customers, so this person needs to be comfortable reaching out to others. This position offers a quick interview process and a mostly remote role after training in the Seattle, WA office. Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and updating employee records
  • Handle timecard adjustments when needed
  • Execute new hires and terminations
  • Send out and manage employee documents
  • Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, or related field
  • At least a year of professional work experience
  • Knowledge of ADP and Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to handle employee documents with confidentiality
Employment Details:
  • Temporary for at least six months
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Mostly remote after training in Seattle, WA
