Position Summary

The Network Implementation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the setup, maintenance, and compliance of card network programs across Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and additional networks. This position is to ensure all network-related activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with network rules and internal standards. This is not an IT network engineer role.

Essential Functions
  • Act as the primary operational contact for all card networks, resolving operational questions, navigating complex processes, and supporting cross‑functional teams.
  • Establish, maintain, and update network and account setups for all programs, including BIN attributes, third‑party registrations, and master BIN inventory.
  • Submit, track, and retain all required network documentation, forms, certifications, and reports.
  • Own quarterly network reporting and manage monthly and annual billing cycles, including pass‑through fees and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in meetings and keep stakeholders informed of status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Track and interpret network mandates, operating rules, and releases, guiding internal teams on required changes and ensuring compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive enhancements across the network operations function.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in payments operations, card program operations, network/processor operations, or related financial services operations.
  • Experience in supporting card networks (Visa/Mastercard and/or debit networks) including network submission, card network rules/mandates, quarterly reporting, and billing analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage operational workflows using case management tools and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills including managing escalations and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholders.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft applications.
Compensation And Benefits

Annual salary range DOQ: $56,435 - $80,621 - $104,807
