WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:
Ensure internal and external membersโ€™ Payments questions, concerns and/or requests are answered and/or solved utilizing strong service skills while being completed in a timely and accurate manner. Perform and process the daily functions of the Payments Department. Contribute and collaborate to implement strategies to achieve the Payments department goals and initiatives. Demonstrate and live TruStone Financialsโ€™ Core Values and Mission in all interactions with all internal and external members.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am โ€“ 5:00pm at our Burnsville Administrative Office location; non-exempt.

In addition:

  • Associateโ€™s degree, preferably in Business or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience and working knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and the ACH network. Thorough understanding and knowledge of Federal Reserve guidelines and operating procedures.
  • PC experience to include a general working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mail or equivalents.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle large volumes of detail while ensuring accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interact and speak professionally and comfortable in face-to-face, telephone, and e-mail environments with members and co-workers.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $19.50 to $24.00 per hour. In addition, we offer:
