Customer Payment Representatives use strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to resolve delinquent balances, retain customers, and restore accounts, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Process and update customer payment methods with accuracy.
  • Reinstate accounts disconnected for non-payment by guiding customers through tailored solutions.
  • Use objection handling and conflict-resolution techniques to help customers stay with Vivint.
  • Identify the customers' needs quickly and offer creative, personalized solutions.
  • Build strong rapport and maintain positive customer relationships in every interaction.
  • Manage escalations within scope; demonstrate calm decision-making in challenging situations.
  • Work closely with peers and leadership to identify process gaps and improve customer outcomes.
