  • Partner with internal teams, referral sources, and insurance carriers to deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales process, including quoting, underwriting coordination, and contract execution

What It Takes to Win

  • ~2+ years of professional or B2B sales experience in a consultative or client-facing environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and guide client decisions
  • Comfort navigating compliance-related and detail-oriented conversations

  • Competitive, quota-driven mindset with accountability for results
  • Life, Accident & Health insurance license required or ability to obtain within designated timeframe (role dependent)

Why This Role

  • Uncapped earning potential with opportunity to grow across multiple product lines
  • Highly consultative role with real impact on employee well-being and business success
  • Opportunity to build expertise in health and benefits solutions within a growing market
  • Access to strong carrier partnerships and a broad, competitive product portfolio
  • Clear path to expand your career within a performance-driven, relationship-focused sales organization
