Position Summary


This is a full-time, union position for an Asphalt Foreman to oversee paving projects, ensuring quality and efficiency, located in the area of Stow, Ohio.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


· Supervise and lead asphalt paving crew

· Ensure paving work is completed safely, efficiently, and above the required quality standards

· Ability to perform asphalt work in accordance with applicable ODOT and county specifications

· Complete jobs on time and within budget

· Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols


Job Requirements


· Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt paving work

· Working knowledge of construction equipment

· Ability to calculate material volume and basic areas of measurement

· Strong planning and analytical skills

· Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours worked

· Enforce safety policies and ensure that all crew members comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

· Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites
