Job Summary
Weโ€™re looking for an Asphalt Paving Superintendent to lead paving crews and keep projects running smoothly. Youโ€™ll make sure jobs are done safely, on time, and to quality standards.

$10,000 Signing Bonus available for qualified candidates!

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Plan and run daily paving work.
  • Lead crews using pavers, rollers, and other equipment.
  • Watch paving quality and fix issues quickly.
  • Keep everyone safe and lead daily safety talks.
  • Track crew hours, equipment, and materials.
  • Work with managers, inspectors, and owners.
  • Train and support crew members.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 5+ years leading asphalt paving crews.
  • Knows how paving equipment and asphalt mixes work.
  • Can read plans and follow DOT standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license; able to work nights/weekends if needed.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen. Applicants with felony convictions or DUI offenses may not meet hiring standards.
