We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
Job Description:
As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to perform pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, and paver sealing services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Perform pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, and paver sealing tasks using specialized equipment and techniques.
Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work and required resources.
Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed during each job.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Train and mentor new team members on best practices and safety procedures.
Maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Document job progress and completion details accurately.
Requirements:
Proven experience in pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, and paver sealing.
