Job Description:

Come grow with us! We are looking for a driven individual who wants to take their career to the next level! 1-800-STRIPER is the leading provider of parking lot striping and we are expanding. Experience is interesting but not necessary, as we offer Paid Training and opportunities for professional advancement. Crew Members operate a variety of equipment used in the application and maintenance of parking lots and other large site jobs. This position is a Part-Time position, but Full-Time will be an opportunity as we scale. This position offers a flexible schedule but requires night and weekend availability. Must be a team player, have attention to detail, and have a positive attitude. Equipment Operator experience is desirable. A Valid Drivers License & References are required! Must pass background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Highly Competitive Pay and Package for those with complementary work experience, $18 - $25 / hour

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 60 pounds and push or move items up to 350 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Operates equipment of various sizes and weights used in parking lot striping.

  • Assists in preparing equipment and trucks.

  • Assists in tracking inventory: paint, chalk, etc.

  • Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures. Brings problems to the attention of the crew leader or foreman.

  • Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and training.

  • Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or needed repairs to the Crew Leader or Operations Manager; cleans equipment.

  • Cleans stencils as needed.

  • While on site fill machines, handle stencil work, cleans parking lot as needed, assist Crew Leader in layout work
