  • Assist in the development and management of project schedules using tools such as project scheduling software.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with project teams to prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and contracts.
  • Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, communication, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Foster effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements
  • Experience in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in construction management or project coordination is essential.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as HeavyBid is a plus.
  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar applications.
