Join Our Team at Partnership Community Health Center in Oshkosh, WI!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Patient Service Representative looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Partnership Community Health Center is seeking a talented individual to join our team at our dental clinic. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients by greeting and checking them in for appointments, scheduling services and answering their questions.

This position is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:15a - 6:00pm and includes full benefit package.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare front desk for day or end of day by following the guidelines per the Patient Service Representative manual and established by PCHC to ensure a good patient experience.
  • Greet patients in a friendly manner, check in patients, schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments according to PCHC procedures and protocols.
  • Respond to incoming calls and address the needs of the caller according to PCHC protocols.
  • Complete documentation and communicate with record release contractor pertaining to dental care.
  • Prepare and scan related release documents into Dentrix.
  • Understand and communicate PCHC’s financial policies and procedures to PCHC callers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Maintain BLS certification.
