Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative Position Summary
The Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative serves as a member of the care team, providing both clinical care and front desk administrative service to patients in a medical office setting. Duties include but are not limited to clinical, administrative and clerical tasks such as rooming patients, taking vitals, intake of medical history and medications, registration duties, scheduling appointments, insurance verification and customer service.
Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative Position Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • One year of clinical or back-office experience is required or completion of a Medical Assistant training program is required.
  • At least one year of administrative/customer service experience required.

  • Monday through Friday, Day Shift
