Job Description: As a Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering quality service and administrative support to our management team. You will engage with customers, provide information on our products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with patrons.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
  • Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
  • Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
  • Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position's nature.
