Position Overview The Patient Service Representative (PSR) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, patient registration, insurance verification, and coordinating patient flow in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Front Desk

Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner

Manage patient flow and communicate wait times effectively

Registration & Insurance
