Job description

This role is an entry level opportunity to support the functionality of the Account Representative/Billing Representative II role.  This role affords a direct path into the Billing function.
The Billing Representative 1 owns case closeout accuracy and the administrative volume that feeds it - case-file maintenance, data entry, and moving files through to refund or collections, as well as other administrative tasks to support the billing function.
About Us:
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a firm that excels in family, estate planning & probate, and criminal law matters. We have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks,) and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble. Behind every criminal defense case, there's someone keeping it all together - the discovery, the deadlines, the client who's scared and needs a steady voice between hearings. That's this job.
Support case closeout in Clio, including moving files to refund or collections stage with accurate documentation.
Perform case review administration and maintain billing-relevant accuracy of case files inside Cleo.
Complete data entry tasks tied to active cases, intake records, and billing hand-offs.

Intermediate skills with MS Office or Google Workspace (Gmail, Documents, Sheets, Calendar, Drives, etc).
Solid data entry skills and comfort with high volume and accurate entries.
Ability to follow structured workflows and complete assigned tasks without close supervision once trained.
Reliability and punctuality - this role directly supports revenue-generating case teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience in customer service, or legal-support office experience.
