The Patient Account Representative plays a crucial role in managing patient billing and account inquiries to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. This full-time position involves serving as a primary point of contact for patients regarding their account status, payment options, and insurance information. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to verify patient data, process payments, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. By maintaining clear and compassionate communication, the representative helps enhance patient satisfaction and supports the healthcare provider’s revenue cycle management. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or patient account role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
