We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Supervisor to join our Pathology team. This leadership role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about developing teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering exceptional service.
The Office Supervisor will oversee the daily administrative operations of the Pathology Lab, ensuring efficient office processes, regulatory compliance, and outstanding support for both internal and external customers. Previous experience working in a Pathology or healthcare laboratory setting is required to be successful in this role.

Snapshot of Daily Duties
As the Office Supervisor, you will:
  • Lead and oversee the daily workflow and administrative operations of the Pathology Lab.
  • Supervise clerical and support staff, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Provide guidance, training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new administrative staff.
  • Schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operational demands and department goals.
  • Analyze workflow processes and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Complete, prepare, and distribute reports, forms, and other administrative documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor office supply usage and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Pathology Lab and other departments to promote collaboration and communication.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

The Must Haves
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a Pathology Laboratory or Medical Laboratory Required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
