About the Role

Responsible for managing a team that sells specific business system products and services including: black & white and color printers and copiers, document management solutions and related software.

This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Indianapolis, IN so that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.


Your Impact

- Manages a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.
- Trains, develops, and coaches current and new sales representatives to success.
- Achieve 100% of quota through management of a team.
- Sets clear goals and allows deadlines to be met in a timely manner.
- Responsible for interviewing, conducting performance reviews, monthly plan and reviews, submitting accurate forecasts and ride days with representatives.
- Maintains proficiency in product and promotional knowledge.
- Maintains and manages all assigned company assets (i.e., cellphone, laptop, promo book, etc.).
- Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Bachelor's degree required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).

- Progressive responsibility in sales, industry and marketing experience.

- Extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors.

We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $61,800 - $92,520 annually. 
This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy.
Incentive compensation earnings vary by quota assigned, at 100% of plan, the anticipated incentive compensation for this role is $95,700 annually.
This role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
