The candidate will be proficient  in wedding cakes  , custards, sponges, breakfast goods , laminated doughs , dessert buffets and volume production .

Available to work weekends and Holidays

Established in 2015 , Pascaline Patisserie & Cafe has been providing Sonoma county with delicious pastries and desserts, memorable wedding cakes and lavish desserts buffets as well as sandwiches and salads in its first location in Sebastopol .
Set to open its second location by the summer , we also operate Pascaline Fine Catering, our sister company and provide full catering services from intimate dinners to weddings and corporate events in the most prestigious sites and wineries in the bay area.
