Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in helping coordinate specialized cargo transportation? Join Pasha Hawaii Holdings, LLC as an Over High and Wide (OHW) and Inland Transportation Coordinator, where you will support the movement and handling of oversized, overweight, ocean, and trucking cargoes.

In this role, you will prepare accurate customer quotes, coordinate with carriers and vendors, enter and update shipment information, support inland logistics documentation, and help ensure cargo moves smoothly from pick-up through delivery. You will play an important role in supporting Hawaii shipping operations while building knowledge of OHW services, pricing, processing, and customer requirements.

Support Accurate Quotes, Rates & Specialized Cargo Coordination

Help customers receive timely, accurate information for complex cargo movement.

  • Prepare Customer Quotes: Create and return accurate OHW and inland transportation quotes within required timeframes.
  • Support Rate Filing: Assist with quote creation, rate filing, and other responsibilities related to Hawaii shipping services.
  • Review Quote Accuracy: Collaborate with team members to ensure quotes, shipment details, rates, and customer requirements are accurate.

  • Select Service Providers: Help evaluate and select trucking, warehousing, and lift/crane vendors based on shipment needs.
  • Track and Trace Shipments: Monitor shipment movement and provide updates to support timely execution and customer visibility.
  • Process Inland Documents: Prepare and process inland logistics documents required for shipment coordination.
  • Resolve Service Issues: Escalate internal and external concerns to team members for timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Manage Shipment Data, Billing & Customer Communications

Maintain accurate records and provide responsive support throughout the shipment process.

  • Enter Shipment Information: Input new orders and shipment details into Salesforce and update records as needed.
  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Review and update shipment information with a high degree of detail, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Support Billing Processes: Review and submit vendor invoices and customer billings accurately and on time.
  • Answer Customer Calls: Respond to incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action within established service expectations.
  • Monitor Customer Communications: Promptly respond to emails and other customer inquiries while providing professional and helpful service.
