Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Pastry Cook to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
  • Remains focused on guest satisfaction and desired financial results.
  • Follow direction to ensure food production occurs according to operating and quality standards.
  • Complies with all Pastry and Culinary policies, standards and procedures.
  • Complies with Company sanitation standards.
  • Strives for continuous improvement and excellence in all areas of responsibility.
  • Follows an effective training and inspection program of all Pastry areas to ensure compliance of Health and Safety procedures and local laws.
  • Understands the operating and maintenance procedures of all departmental equipment.
  • Is willing to learn new Pastry and baking techniques and how to use equipment.
  • Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments
  • Advises the Pastry Chef of any Engineering or Kitchen maintenance needs.
  • Ensures effectiveness of on-going Kitchen and related maintenance.
  • Understands and complies with Loss Prevention policies to prevent accidents and control costs.
  • Strives to provide excellent customer service.
  • Attends taste panels as directed by the Pastry Chef.
  • Complies with stock rotation.

Location: Viceroy Snowmass - Snowmass Village, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round or Part Time, Seasonal
Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required
Pay Rate: $24 hour
