Job description

Quality Parts Tester

Performs laboratory tests to determine composition and failure mode of materials for such purposes as quality control, process control, customer returns or product development.

  • Day and Night shifts available
  • 12 hour rotation, 6-6
  • $20/hr starting rate
  • +$1/hr shift differential
  • Contract to hire position
  • NOT seasonal or temporary

Qualifications:

  • Two years manufacturing lab experience with knowledge of equipment and testing metal materials and parts
  • Excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks without supervision
  • General computer skills and attention to detail

Tools used:

  • Tensile strength machine
  • Cutter
  • Grinding and polisher machine
