Job Description
As a Parts Processor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and processing steel and other materials using a variety of fabrication equipment and tools. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and has experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate fabrication equipment including band saws, iron workers, plasma torches, and other cutting tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, dimensions, and material specifications
  • Ensure production quality and quantity standards are consistently achieved
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Assist with material handling and support production activities as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing, machining, mechanical, or technical environment
  • Ability to read prints and perform basic angle and pitch calculations
  • Knowledge of band saw, torch, plasma, shear, notching, punching, and press brake functions
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of various material types including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
