Spare Parts Planner
We are looking for a Spare Parts Planner to support our maintenance and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for spare parts administration, inventory accuracy, SAP data maintenance, and coordination of maintenance-related materials and vendor activities.
Your Responsibilities
Enter PMs and work orders into SAP and maintain proper filing and annual archiving
Enter completed PMs and work orders into SAP accurately and on time
Manage spare parts inventory, including system entry and stock control
Create new part records and gather supplier quotes as needed
Support maintenance-related vendor contracts in coordination with purchasing
Coordinate repair parts that need to be sent out for service or repair
Unbox, identify, and label incoming parts as needed
Regularly update current stock levels in SAP
Maintain inventory of oil and other consumables
Update BOM and SPRA data as required
Experience/Skills
Experience in SAP and administrative processes within maintenance, inventory, or manufacturing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage inventory data accurately and consistently
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Experience in spare parts, maintenance planning, or inventory control is an advantage
