We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager who thrives on turning market insight into action. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop positioning, influence go-to-market strategy, launch new capabilities, and help customers understand the value of our solutions.

This role supports multiple products across the Professional business, including AI-powered and data-driven solutions, giving you the opportunity to shape messaging and go-to-market strategy across a diverse portfolio.

What You'll Do

Drive product positioning and messaging

  • Develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and customer narratives that clearly communicate business value.
  • Translate complex technologies, AI capabilities, and data solutions into compelling customer-focused messaging.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, and customer communications.

Influence go-to-market strategy

  • Serve as the marketing representative on cross-functional go-to-market teams.
  • Influence product strategy through customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
  • Partner with Product Management to bring new capabilities, and enhancements to market successfully.
  • Develop launch plans and enable the broader marketing organization with messaging, assets, and guidance.

Champion the voice of the customer

  • Leverage customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to strengthen product strategy, positioning, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop personas, identify buying behaviors, and map customer journeys.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously refine messaging and positioning.

Enable commercial success

  • Support sales enablement efforts that help commercial teams articulate value and win competitive opportunities.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, presentations, competitive intelligence, and use cases.
  • Support customer adoption and expansion by developing messaging and content that increases engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

Lead through collaboration

  • Partner across Product Management, Digital Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Segment Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Present recommendations, messaging strategies, launch plans, and market insights to leadership audiences.

Monitor the market

  • Track competitive activity, industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI innovation.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations that strengthen differentiation and improve go-to-market execution.

What You'll Bring

  • 4-7+ years of Product Marketing or related B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS, AI, data, analytics, or technology solutions.
  • Proven success developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for software products.
  • Strong customer research and competitive intelligence skills with the ability to translate insights into business strategy.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success supporting product launches, feature rollouts, and adoption initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Global B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple products within a portfolio.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products, information services, data platforms, or enterprise software.
