Job description

Job Title: Partnership Marketing Manager

Location: National Harbor, MD (Hybrid)

Type: Full Time

Compensation: $95,000 to $120,000 Annually, subject to experience

Cloudforce is building the go-to-market engine fornebulaONE, our governed AI platform for institutions that need secure, scalable, human-centric AI adoption. Partnerships are central to that motion - particularly our Microsoft ecosystem relationship, Azure Marketplace presence, co-sell activity, and field-aligned demand generation programs.

The Partnership Marketing Manager will turn Cloudforce's partner credentials into measurable market visibility, account engagement, and pipeline. This role owns the marketing programs that activate our Microsoft partnership and other strategic ecosystem relationships through joint campaigns, co-branded content, webinars, events, marketplace programs, field enablement, and partner-led demand generation.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who understands that partnership marketing is not just about logos, announcements, and co-branded assets. It is about building programs that help Sales reach the right accounts, help partners understand where Cloudforce fits, and help the market see why Cloudforce and nebulaONE matter now.

Responsibilities

Microsoft Ecosystem and Partner Activation:

  • Own marketing activation of Cloudforce's Microsoft partnership, including the 2025 Education Partner of the Year recognition, M12 investment, Azure Marketplace presence, Marketplace Rewards, co-sell motions, and the Microsoft-Cloudforce partnership story.
  • Translate these relationships into campaigns, content, events, sales enablement, and marketplace programs that support pipeline growth, with a focus on higher education and a secondary focus on state and local government.

Co-Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute joint campaigns with Microsoft and other strategic partners, including webinars, sponsored sessions, events, co-branded content, partner email campaigns, and field-aligned account outreach.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and RevOps to define target audiences, messaging, offers, tracking, lead routing, follow-up, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for campaign planning and execution.

Partner Content and Enablement:

  • Develop partner-facing and co-branded content that explains Cloudforce's role in the Microsoft ecosystem and the value of nebulaONE for governed, campus-wide AI adoption.
  • Help maintain the Copilot + nebulaONE content track, positioning Copilot as the Microsoft 365 productivity front door and nebulaONE as the sovereign, multi-model, multi-agent institutional AI gateway.
  • Create partner messaging, one-pagers, webinar and event materials, pitch decks, marketplace copy, and field enablement assets while ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and required approvals.

Events and Field Alignment:

  • Partner with Events and Demand Generation to activate conferences, sponsored sessions, webinars, executive dinners, and field events.
  • Coordinate speaker preparation, partner promotion, registration, attendee follow-up, briefing materials, talking points, and sales enablement.
  • Connect partner programs to target account strategies and priority institutions.

Performance and Optimization:

  • Track partner marketing performance, including campaign engagement, webinar activity, target account engagement, MQA creation, marketplace activity, and sourced or influenced pipeline.
  • Provide monthly reporting, maintain visibility into partner campaigns and deliverables, and use performance data to improve messaging, targeting, campaign structure, and follow-up.
Qualifications
Required:
  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or ecosystem marketing.

  • Experience planning and executing co-marketing campaigns such as joint webinars, co-branded content, partner email campaigns, events, marketplace campaigns, or field-aligned programs.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deadlines, approvals, and campaign dependencies.

  • Strong writing and messaging skills, including the ability to create clear partner-facing content, campaign briefs, webinar abstracts, enablement materials, and promotional copy.

  • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, to support campaign tracking, segmentation, reporting, and attribution.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort reporting on campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Customer Success, partner teams, and external partner stakeholders.

Strongly Preferred:
  • Experience with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including co-sell, Azure Marketplace, Marketplace Rewards, Microsoft field teams, partner programs, or Microsoft-aligned go-to-market motions.

  • Experience marketing to higher education, state and local government, or other regulated institutional buyers.

  • Familiarity with AI, cloud, SaaS, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data governance, or digital transformation markets.

  • Experience supporting account-based marketing programs or field-aligned campaigns for target accounts.

  • Experience developing partner enablement materials for sales teams, channel teams, or partner field sellers.

  • Familiarity with marketplace-led growth, partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, or co-sell reporting.

$95,000 - $120,000 a year
