Drives account strategy, performance optimization, and relationship management for small-to-mid sized retail partners. Supports sales growth, operational efficiency, and partner success through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  About the Team
This team manages strategic relationships with retail partners and drives business growth across assigned categories. It operates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance, improve processes, and expand assortment and market reach. This role plays a key part in aligning partner success with broader business objectives.
  What You’ll Do
  • Execute account strategy, pipeline development, and business case support for small-to-mid sized retailers
  • Analyze performance across sales, profitability, fulfillment, and service to identify opportunities and drive improvements
  • Manage partner relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support long-term growth
  • Develop KPIs, action plans, and operational processes to enhance partner performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide guidance or informal mentorship to support team and business outcomes
