Position Summary... What you'll do...Identifies and resolves any issues or bottlenecks in advertising sales processes. Builds team member knowledge and demonstrates a solid knowledge of industry strategy in relevant areas (for example, advertising, CTV, programmatic, and retail). Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (for example, Vice Presidents, general managers, agencies, marketers) to improve Walmart's advertising sales performance. Develops strategies to meet performance and sales targets for advertising sales beyond Walmart Connect’s owned and operated offerings through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in various areas (for example, Product Management, Platform, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Research, Strategy, Sales). Provides data and insights to sales and product leadership to enable collaboration on revenue targets for each publisher based on historical patterns and future forecasts. Advises senior management and team members on alternative methods for achieving strategic goals and long-term objectives. Identifies areas of opportunity. Analyzes costs and forecasts to incorporate into business plans. Determines and supports resource requirements, evaluates operational processes, measures outcomes to ensure desired results, identifies and capitalizes on improvement opportunities, promotes a customer-centric environment, and demonstrates adaptability while sponsoring continuous learning. Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
