To thrive in Partnership Management, you generally need a background in business development or relationship management, with strong negotiation and strategic planning skills. What is partnership management?

Partnership management refers to the process of establishing, nurturing, and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships between organizations. Professionals in partnership management identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, coordinate joint initiatives, and ensure effective communication between parties. They work to align goals, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts to maximize the value of the partnership. Successful partnership management helps organizations expand their reach, share resources, and achieve strategic objectives more efficiently.
