Job description

Would you like to be a part of one of the most exciting companies in technology? NVIDIA the world leader in Visual and Accelerated Computing, is seeking an Automotive Account Manager to support Tesla Motors in automated driving, cockpit applications and the automotive ecosystem. This full-time position requires close working relationships with NVIDIA solution architects and business development leaders to drive design wins and revenue growth. If you have a passion for how technology is transforming the automotive industry through Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and autonomous driving, we'd like to talk with you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with OEM's, manufacturers and ISVs in the areas of autonomous driving and cockpit electronics, and evangelize our deep learning based approach

  • Develop outstanding strategic relationships with customers' R&D and procurement teams to identify new opportunities and drive design wins

  • Acquire deep understanding of customers' system architecture, existing solutions, development plans and competition status, including product strengths / weaknesses, market position and technical / commercial challenges to best position NVIDIA

  • Engage and steer internal stake holders e.g. Development, Marketing and Operations teams to provide customer best-in-class service and drive business growth

  • Identify vehicle platforms and respective key personnel at Tier 1 customers, as they relate to applications of NVIDIA's automotive products

What we need to see:

  • Possess account management skills, and have the technical depth that allows them to understand the needs of the account

  • Experience developing relationships with key technical and business roles at top automotive companies

  • 12+ years of experience in business development or sales in technology for automotive

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as leadership skills

  • BS in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Pre-existing relationships at targeted accounts are desirable

  • Knowledge of CPU, GPU, and artificial intelligence/deep learning

  • Knowledge of ADAS and automated driving application and technology

  • Background of advanced cockpit and infotainment designs

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
