Partnership Lead

Nova Intelligence

New York, NY • On-site

Full-time

Posted 21 days ago

Job description

Nova is building the agentic AI platform for SAP teams. The SAP ecosystem will be central to how we reach customers, build credibility, and grow our pipeline. We're looking for our first partnerships hire to own that opportunity.
There's no existing playbook or team to inherit. You'll decide where we should invest, build the relationships that matter, and create a partnership strategy that drives real revenue.
Responsibilities
  • Own Nova's partnership with SAP - go deep across leadership, product, ecosystem, and field teams, and convert those relationships into meaningful outcomes
  • Build Nova's partner network across systems integrators and other key players in the SAP ecosystem
  • Develop our partnership model from the ground up, including which partners we prioritize, how we work together, and what success looks like for both sides
  • Turn partnerships into pipeline and revenue; this is a commercial role, not simply a relationship-management role
  • Represent Nova across the SAP ecosystem, including at events, user groups, partner summits, and other industry gatherings
  • Work closely with the founding team on positioning, competitive strategy, and where Nova should focus its time and resources

Who You Are
  • 8+ years of experience in the SAP space, ideally including time at SAP itself
  • Strong relationships and credibility with SAP leadership and across the broader ecosystem, with the ability to open doors from day one
  • Excited to build this function from scratch at an early-stage company, without an established team or template
  • A strong communicator and storyteller who can help partners understand Nova's value and build genuine conviction
  • Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and ambiguity, making thoughtful decisions about what to pursue and why
