Business Development- New Business Manager

We are an experienced staffing firm that helps connect Greenville companies to qualified candidates. Our internal team is growing and we are adding an additional Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate would be goal-driven, a team player, that is motivated by performance and income potential as this is a Salary+Commission role.


Responsibilities:

  • Connect with local businesses- Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
  • Make Friends- Build relationships with business owners and hiring managers.
  • Business Coaching- Identify workforce needs and provide staffing solutions.
  • Stay competitive- Meet sales goals and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Team Work- Work closely with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service.
