Qualifications

Position Summary

As a Senior Associate, Partner Direct, you will support media planning and execution across a range of campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in media strategy, partner collaboration, and campaign management. Reporting to the Partner Direct Supervisor, you will take ownership of small to medium-sized projects while building a strong foundation in media execution.

This is a hybrid role, requiring four days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in media planning preparation, including consideration set development and RFP issuance/management
  • Support end-to-end campaign launch management, ensuring timely execution
  • Track and ensure adherence to brand safety and verification standards
  • Manage creative spec coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • Contribute to media placement taxonomy configuration
  • Assist in partner-level forecasting and investment tracking
  • Begin developing relationships with key media partners, enhancing negotiation and collaboration skills

Knowledge You Will Gain:

  • Deep understanding of how the agency workflow operates and how campaigns progress from planning to execution
  • Strong grasp of client business objectives and how they inform media strategies
  • Practical experience with the media planning process, including data analysis and reporting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the media marketplace and key partner landscape
  • Exposure to negotiation tactics and media partner collaboration
  • Hands-on experience using agency planning tools and industry software

Requirements:

  • 18 months to 2+ years of media planning, buying, or related industry experience
  • Experience working with media planning tools (e.g., Prisma, MediaOcean, or similar platforms) is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with MS Excel (ability to perform complex functions preferred)
  • Preferred experience in planning any of the following media & audience campaigns: Digital Endemic/Lifestyle, Video, Audio (Terrestrial & Streaming), Print, OOH, HCP, or Payer/Managed Market
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in media execution

ย Compensation Range: USD $53,960.00 - USD $71,610.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
