Role Description The Account Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Portland, OR, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The role involves auditing patient accounts, follow-up billing, ensuring accurate posting and payment processing. The Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact, responding to inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and maintaining strong relationships with patients, insurance providers. Day-to-day tasks include updating records in practice management systems, preparing account reports and cleaning A/R.

  • Experience in account management, client services, or patient account coordination, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Strong skills in communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution, with a focus on delivering respectful and inclusive service.
