Job description

Partner Success On-Site · HQ Texas Full-Time $100,000 – $120,000 / yearly

Client Success Manager - L2

Company: Asher Health
Department: Client Success
Reports To: Executive Leadership / Head of Client Success
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Richardson, Texas
Work Arrangement: In-person attendance expected four days per week
Relocation Assistance: Available for the right candidate
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually, with commission and performance-based bonus opportunities

Position Summary

The Client Success Manager - L2 owns a named roster of approximately 100 Tier 2, Tier 2 cusp, and growth-potential Asher Health partners.

This role is responsible for the complete partner lifecycle, including reactivation, launch, follow-up, retention, and growth. The Client Success Manager - L2 helps each partner establish consistent order production, activate their database, maintain at least one successful offer, and progress toward Tier 1.

Partners remain with their Client Success Manager as they grow. A partner is not automatically reassigned simply because they begin producing. The person who develops the relationship and creates the growth maintains ownership of that success.

Performance is measured by incremental monthly orders, roster revenue, partner tier advancement, and roster quality—not internal activity alone.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner and strategic point of contact for an assigned roster of approximately 100 partners.

Manage the complete partner lifecycle, including reactivation, launch, follow-up, retention, and growth.

Develop an individualized growth strategy for each assigned partner.

Maintain ownership of partners as they progress into Tier 1 cusp and Tier 1.

Prioritize accounts based on performance, potential, risk, and growth opportunity.

Maintain accurate documentation of partner goals, performance, risks, opportunities, and next steps.

Take direct accountability for the overall health and performance of the assigned book of business.

Partner Growth

Help each partner establish at least one active and consistently producing program or offer.

Build account-specific strategies designed to increase monthly orders and roster revenue.

Reactivate partner databases through targeted campaigns and structured follow-up.

Identify operational, educational, marketing, or engagement barriers limiting partner performance.

Move partners from Tier 2 cusp into Tier 2 and from Tier 2 into Tier 1 cusp or Tier 1.

Identify appropriate cross-sell opportunities across Asher Health’s programs and services.

Help partners incorporate Asher Health’s offerings into their customer or patient journeys.

Coordinate with internal teams to execute partner growth initiatives.

Relationship Management

Build trusted relationships with business owners, executives, providers, and operational stakeholders.

Conduct structured account reviews focused on performance, barriers, opportunities, and agreed-upon actions.

Maintain a communication cadence based on each partner’s tier, opportunity, and level of risk.

Serve as the internal voice of the partner while holding the partner accountable for commitments.

Provide practical business guidance that helps partners grow their programs.

Establish credibility with clinical and nonclinical stakeholders.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, Clinical Operations, Billing, and other departments to address partner needs.

Performance and Risk Management

Review partner orders and roster revenue every week.

Maintain an accurate weekly scorecard for the assigned portfolio.

Identify declining order trends before valuable partners become significantly at risk.

Create and execute recovery plans for declining accounts.

Report growth opportunities, risks, and forecasts to leadership.

Use performance data to determine where time and resources will generate the greatest impact.

Key Performance Indicators

The primary measure of success is incremental monthly orders generated by the assigned roster.

Additional performance measures include:

Weekly and monthly orders by roster

Month-over-month roster revenue growth

Number of partners producing 5+, 10+, 15+, and 20+ monthly orders

Percentage of the roster performing at Tier 2 or above

Percentage of the roster performing at Tier 1 or Tier 1 cusp

Number of cusp partners advanced into Tier 2

Number of Tier 2 partners advanced into Tier 1

Contribution toward the organizational goal of moving 25–40 partners into Tier 1 each quarter

Partner reactivation rate

Cross-sell attachment rate

Retention of producing partners

Recovery of declining or at-risk accounts

Percentage of partners with at least one consistently producing offer

Calls, emails, meetings, and internal tasks are expected, but results are measured by partner growth, order production, and roster revenue.

Required Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in client success, account management, business development, partner growth, medical sales, or a related revenue-focused role

Demonstrated success managing and growing a portfolio of accounts

Strong understanding of revenue growth, retention, and customer lifecycle management

Ability to translate performance data into specific account-growth strategies

Experience identifying cross-sell, expansion, or upsell opportunities

Strong relationship-building and executive communication skills

Ability to manage a large portfolio while prioritizing accounts based on opportunity and risk

Strong business acumen, organization, and personal accountability

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments

Comfortable operating in a high-growth, performance-driven environment

Willing and able to work in person at Asher Health’s Richardson, Texas office four days per week

Preferred Industry Experience

Asher Health highly values candidates with experience working in, owning, operating, selling to, or supporting:

Gyms and fitness businesses

Wellness clinics

Medical spas

Chiropractic practices

Physical therapy practices

Medical practices

Healthcare or telehealth organizations

Registered nursing or clinical care environments

Experience as a gym owner, clinic owner, practice manager, healthcare account manager, medical sales professional, or Registered Nurse is especially valuable.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience advising business owners, medical providers, or clinical leaders

Knowledge of patient acquisition, patient retention, program launches, and recurring-revenue models

Familiarity with weight management, hormone optimization, peptides, supplements, laboratory services, or related wellness programs

Ability to communicate credibly with physicians, nurse practitioners, Registered Nurses, chiropractors, physical therapists, practice owners, and nonclinical business owners

Experience with database reactivation, offer launches, or lifecycle marketing

Familiarity with CRM, reporting, and account-management platforms

Experience helping healthcare or wellness businesses launch and grow new offerings

An active or previous RN license is highly valued but not required

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal Client Success Manager - L2 approaches client success as a growth function—not simply a service or relationship-management function.

They are energized by developing accounts, solving business problems, and being directly accountable for measurable results. They can communicate with medical providers, guide a practice manager through an operational barrier, and help an owner build a strategy that generates additional orders.

They are motivated to improve the quality of their portfolio and understand that developing their book is the path to advancement.

Advancement to L3

Promotion to Client Success Manager - L3 is earned by consistently demonstrating:

Measurable month-over-month roster growth

Strong retention of producing partners

Successful advancement of partners into Tier 1

A roster composed primarily of Tier 1 and Tier 1 cusp partners

Effective recovery of at-risk accounts

Strong cross-sell performance

Ability to manage executive-level relationships

Consistent ownership of portfolio strategy and results
