Why this role matters

GrabAGun’s success depends on strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and other industry partners. The Partner Relations and Marketing Associate will serve as a key point of contact for these relationships, helping identify opportunities, coordinate initiatives, and strengthen how we work with our partners.

This is a relationship-first role. Marketing experience is helpful, but not required - we can teach you the marketing side. We are looking for someone who is articulate, outgoing, analytical, organized, and confident working with industry professionals. You should have experience in the firearms/2A industry and a strong desire to build a career in a growing organization.

What you'll do every day

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and strategic partners.

  • Build and maintain strong, professional partner relationships.

  • Identify opportunities for joint marketing, promotions, product launches, and demonstrations.

  • Understand partner needs and translate them into clearly defined opportunities and projects.

  • Develop and present partnership proposals and marketing opportunities.

  • Document project scope, deliverables, timelines, billing, and partner commitments.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Sales, and Operations to execute partner initiatives.

  • Manage partner communications, deadlines, promotional calendars, and follow-up.

  • Help strengthen relationships with PEW Logistics and other strategic partners through demonstrations, meetings, and collaborative initiatives.

  • Identify and develop new partner opportunities within the firearms, shooting sports, and outdoor industries.

  • Represent GrabAGun at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

What you bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in the firearms, 2A, shooting sports, sporting goods, or outdoor industry.

  • Experience in sales, account management, business development, vendor relations, or high-end customer service.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident presence.

  • Highly outgoing and relationship-oriented personality.

  • Ability to understand needs, define scope, present solutions, and manage expectations.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent follow-through.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable managing documentation, billing details, deadlines, and project requirements.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn CRM and business systems.

  • Genuine familiarity with and interest in the firearms and 2A community.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Bonus if you have

  • Existing relationships with firearm manufacturers, distributors, or other industry partners.

  • Experience with co-op marketing, vendor-funded promotions, or advertising agreements.

  • Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, or presentations.

  • Experience with eCommerce or digital marketing.

What success looks like

You become a trusted point of contact for our partners - someone who builds relationships, identifies opportunities, clearly defines what needs to happen, and follows through.

Strong relationships. Better partnerships. Measurable growth.

Ready to build your career with GrabAGun?

If you are an outgoing, driven professional who understands the firearms industry and wants to grow in partner relations, business development, and marketing, we want to hear from you.
