โ€ข Recruit and manage multiple community partners simultaneously, ensuring high-quality program delivery

โ€ข Build strategic partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations

โ€ข Lead outreach and enrollment efforts, especially for middle and high school youth

โ€ข Engage families through events, communication, and program showcases

Run Strong, Safe Operations

โ€ข Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, structured, high-energy environment

โ€ข Ensure spaces, equipment, and resources are safe, clean, and fully optimized for use

โ€ข Maintain proper staffing ratios, schedules, facility readiness and program flow

โ€ข Lead safety protocols, drills, and compliance

Lead & Develop Your Team

โ€ข Supervise and coach Youth Development staff and coordinators

โ€ข Establish a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence

โ€ข Provide ongoing coaching to ensure staff facilitate intentional, outcome-driven youth experiences

โ€ข Lead regular team meetings focused on program quality and youth impact

โ€ข Oversee MyClubHub data tracking, including attendance, participation, and outcomes

Requirements:

What Weโ€™re Looking For

โ€ข 3โ€“5+ years in youth development, program management, or operations

โ€ข Experience leading teen programs or workforce readiness initiatives

โ€ข Strong ability to manage multiple programs and partners at once
