What You'll Do:

As the People Operations Manager, you'll lead recruiting, onboarding, employee development, HR processes, and leadership support across multiple locations. You'll partner closely with leadership to improve hiring quality, strengthen company culture, and ensure consistent execution of people operations.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership positions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled trade and office roles
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, and hiring processes
  • Manage onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Develop employee training, coaching, and leadership development programs
  • Support supervisors with performance management and employee relations
  • Conduct investigations and assist with conflict resolution
  • Maintain personnel files, HR records, and compliance documentation
  • Administer benefits and support open enrollment
  • Build and improve HR systems, processes, and company policies
  • Partner with leadership to improve employee retention and organizational performance


What We're Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of Human Resources or People Operations experience
  • Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, or service industries preferred
  • Strong recruiting and talent acquisition experience
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience managing employee relations and performance management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build systems, solve problems, and drive projects to completion
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
