What You’ll Own

  • Lead all electrical construction operations across the company
  • Oversee project management, field teams, and operational performance
  • Drive consistency in execution, scheduling, and staffing
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably
  • Partner with leadership on growth strategy and operational improvements

WHAT WILL CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering , or related field experience
  • 10+years of progressive leadership experience and team development
  • 10+ years in commercial electrical construction projects execution and operations
  • Proven experience leading multiple projects, divisions or operational teams and locations
  • Strong financial acumen (job cost, margins, forecasting)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize key operational issues into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.
  • Commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure electrical construction background


WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS:

  • Experience with large-scale or complex projects
