Mölnlycke is seeking a North America Logistics Operations Manager to lead the evolution of our transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations across North America. This highly visible leadership role oversees our transportation carrier network, two 3PL-operated distribution centers, and three warehouse locations, ensuring our logistics network continuously evolves to support business growth, elevate customer experience, and deliver operational excellence. Leading a team of logistics professionals, you will drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus while simplifying processes, reducing complexity, and delivering sustainable cost and service improvements across the supply chain.
Success in this role requires a strong focus on carrier and 3PL performance, leveraging data, strong operational governance, and strategic partnerships to drive superior customer outcomes. You will lead improvement initiatives, champion best practices, and influence system and process enhancements that increase visibility, reduce variability, and improve velocity across the network. Working closely with stakeholders including GCX, SNP, CT, transportation providers, and distribution partners, you will solve complex operational challenges, balance immediate business needs with long-term sustainability, and transform logistics operations into a competitive advantage.
Lead Transformation & Operational Excellence
  • Drive the evolution of Mölnlycke's North America logistics network to support growth, service excellence, and strategic business objectives.
  • Simplify processes, reduce complexity, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that improve performance and efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $160,000 per year and is eligible for annual bonus

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred supply chain management concentration
  • At least 8 - 10 years of Warehouse management experience
  • At least 5+ years of Transportation experience including using a Transportation Management System; with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (people manager)
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of problems by performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
  • Experience from working with supply chain related activities, such as planning, warehousing & transportation
  • Proficient in all MS-Office applications
  • SAP & TMS Knowledge (preferably Mercury Gate)
