Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description

Lead and optimize end-to-end 3PL warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring high performance from inbound receiving through outbound delivery while continuously improving speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency across the logistics network.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day 3PL warehouse and fulfillment operations from inbound receiving to outbound delivery, ensuring smooth, reliable, and scalable execution.
  • Monitor, manage, and improve key performance indicators and service level agreements, including accuracy, on-time shipping, and delivery performance.
  • Oversee inventory control and inbound/outbound logistics to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient material flow.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms to track performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Leverage WMS, OMS, and ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and operational workflows effectively.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Lead vendor, carrier, and 3PL relationship management, including performance oversight and negotiation of services and terms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, IT, supply chain, production, and customer service to resolve issues and improve end-to-end performance.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP and other operational standards to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Support and influence automation and systems integration initiatives to enhance fulfillment capabilities.
  • Scale operations to support fast-growth environments, adjusting processes, resources, and capacity as needed.
  • Communicate performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders and drive alignment on operational priorities.

  • Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on 3PL and warehouse operations management for end-to-end fulfillment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.54 - $52.88/hr.
