We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with various departments to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.
  • Liaise with senior management to make decisions for operational activities.
  • Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Handle customer issues and work towards resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
