Job Overview

We're looking for a Partner Experience Manager who thrives on keeping relationships strong and projects on track. You'll be the bridge between sales, implementation, and our partners, managing multiple statewide accounts and making sure every experience with HabitNu feels seamless. This hybrid position requires being in the office two days per week in Charleston, SC.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the key link between sales, operations, and partners
  • Manage multiple partner accounts and timelines
  • Coordinate onboarding, reporting, and communications
  • Spot issues early and resolve them quickly
  • Track performance metrics and prepare partner updates
  • Improve workflows to enhance the overall partner experience
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in partner management, client success, or healthcare operations
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or public health preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public health, or related field
  • Must live in or near Charleston, SC and be in office 2 days/week
