Sitting within the Partner Acceleration Office, this role will shape and scale the workflows, business requirements, and digital capabilities that make it easier for partners to engage with Alteryx and for internal teams to support them.

This role owns the partner lifecycle experience and serves as the business owner for the Partner Portal and the partner interactions it supports. The role is accountable for the portal business roadmap, experience priorities, content governance, audience strategy, adoption, and business outcomes, and for defining partner journeys, experience needs, and partner-facing acceptance criteria across portal, self-service, role-based access, content discoverability, onboarding, support, Deal Registration, Teaming, NFR, incentives, quote-to-order, and status visibility. Functional owners in RevOps, RevTech Business Process, Partner Operations, Enablement, PMO, and IT translate those business and experience needs into formal processes, requirements, systems, training, and operational delivery.

Working with PAO leadership the Partner Experience Manager leads structured Voice of the Partner activities, supports Partner Advisory Board planning and follow-through, and helps ensure approved programs and capabilities are understandable, accessible, and usable for partners and internal partner facing teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business owner for the Partner Portal, owning its business roadmap, experience priorities, governance model, adoption objectives, and ongoing alignment to Partner Program and route-to-market priorities.
  • Own Partner Portal content governance and curation, including content standards, taxonomy, audience targeting, approval authority, publishing oversight, content lifecycle management, and removal or archival of outdated materials; partner with subject-matter owners to ensure content is accurate, current, and relevant.
  • Own the business roadmap for the Partner Portal and partner lifecycle experience improvements across onboarding, support, self-service, content access and visibility touchpoints
  • Define and manage the business priorities, intended partner experience, and partner-facing acceptance criteria for modernization of the Partner Portal and related partner interactions.
  • Define role-based access, entitlements, audience targeting, content discoverability and content governance across partner types, user roles, and lifecycle stages
  • Identify and prioritize experience improvements across partner enrollment, onboarding, approval, support intake, and partner-facing workflow experiences
  • Define the intended partner experience and business priorities for self-service capabilities, including portal-enabled workflows for onboarding, support, quoting, ordering, role-based transaction access, and future partner digital interactions
  • Represent the Partner Portal business and partner-experience in initiatives with IT, involving quote-to-order, case management, partner self-service, content access and other capabilities where the Partner Portal serves as the partner gateway
  • Identify and prioritize partner and internal user friction and translate findings into scalable process, workflow, system, or content-access improvements
  • Gather and synthesize partner feedback from surveys and targeted input channels; translate findings into prioritized experience needs and track follow-through on agreed improvements.
  • Lead structured Voice of Partner activities, including the annual partner survey, targeted feedback channels, and other methods used to identify recurring partner needs and friction; translate findings into prioritized experience recommendations and track agreed follow-through.
  • Support PAO leadership in Partner Advisory Board planning and follow-through, including developing partner-experience questions and materials, synthesizing feedback, identifying recurring themes, and tracking agreed experience-related actions and partner responses.
  • Define and monitor metrics for adoption, process efficiency, support visibility, ease of doing business, and partner experience impact

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, partner experience, business systems, GTM operations, or related roles
  • Proven ability to improve partner, customer, or external user journeys across digital, workflow, and process touchpoints
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes, workflows, business requirements, and system capabilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and GTM functions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Experience Cloud, partner portals, PRM systems, or comparable external-user platforms
  • Strong process design, requirements development, change management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading structured partner or customer feedback efforts, including surveys, advisory forums, and qualitative input, with the ability to synthesize findings into clear themes, priorities, recommendations, and follow-through action
  • Strong written communication, prioritization, and cross-functional influence skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve productivity, synthesize information, draft communications, analyze business inputs, and accelerate day-to-day execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background supporting partner-led, channel-led, distributor-led, ISV, or ecosystem go-to-market motions
  • Hands-on exposure to partner portals, role-based access, entitlements, case management, onboarding workflows, support intake, or self-service transaction experiences
  • Familiarity with quote-to-order, commercial operations, partner operations workflows, or transaction-related partner experiences
  • Experience in SaaS, analytics, cloud, AI, or ecosystem business models

  • Strategic thinking with practical execution discipline
  • Process design and automation mindset
  • Business systems and workflow fluency

  • Self-service and digital adoption mindset
  • Feedback synthesis, facilitation, and executive-ready communication

  • Portal content is current, relevant, appropriately targeted, and governed through clear standards, approval authority, ownership, and lifecycle controls.
  • Partners and internal teams have clearer access to the right tools, content, workflows, support paths, and status visibility
  • Manual effort is reduced across enrollment, onboarding, support intake, partner workflows, and future self-service capabilities
  • Partner portal and workflow requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into executable plans with IT, RevOps, Partner Operations, Enablement, and GTM teams
  • Partner feedback is gathered through a repeatable Voice of Partner cadence and translated into prioritized experience recommendations and visible follow-through.
