This is how you will grow:

The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the product and process quality in the project through analytical and constructive quality assurance measures.


  • Planning, implementation and tracking of the content of the Quality Management Plan
  • Creation and update of the QA report for the respective project, including measure tracking of open points
  • Implementation of internal Automotive SPICE assessments including planning, implementation, post-processing and measure tracking
  • Participation and QA support for reviews of work products created during development
  • Creation and tracking of performance objectives
  • Planning and moderation/attendance of regular meetings (e.g. QA-PM meetings)
  • Training and coaching of project members in dealing with the processes described in STAGES and the Automotive SPICE quality standard
  • Participation in various planning and coordination meetings (e.g. project meeting, QA-QM meeting, status discussion with those responsible for FuSi (functional safety)
  • Creation of reports and evaluations
  • Creation of documents and templates for the QA area in collaboration with QM
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.
  • A-Spice experience and/or certification required
  • Knowledge of applicable standards and norms (ISO26262, KGAS)
  • Basic experience of software and system development
