This is how you will grow:

Support the development and execution of vehicle safety test programs. You'll lead occupant sled and safety sub-system testing, manage test properties, and ensure compliance with FMVSS, IIHS, and US NCAP standards. This is a high-impact role where precision, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration ensure safe and reliable vehicle performance.

  • Support Vehicle Safety Engineering development and delivery of test program
  • Deliver quality test events through fixturing, test set up, test property pedigree verification.
  • Manage, track and deliver any required test property updates and retrofits
  • Drive delivery of testing to project milestones
  • Ensure quality test reports and proper data collection
  • Manage parts and logistics for testing development activities
  • Deliver efficient test property usage through re-use strategies
  • Communicate all test results to the cross functional team

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

  • Occupant Sled and Safety Sub-System testing experience and a deep understanding of FMVSS requirements (208,207,210,216,225), corresponding test procedures and required instrumentation. 
  • Candidates should also be familiar with IIHS and US NCAP testing procedure
  • Automotive OEM experience
  • Engineering degree needed
