Weโ€™re growingโ€”and weโ€™re looking for a dynamic Partnership Development Manager to help us expand our network and build strong, lasting relationships within the medical community.

About the role

  • As the Partnership Development Manager , you will be the primary liaison between Violet Health and local healthcare providers (rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, neurologists, dermatologists, and primary care physicians). Your main goal will be to drive referral growth, establish strategic clinical partnerships, and educate the medical community on the value, convenience, and superior patient care offered at our centers.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Identify, target, and cultivate strong relationships with physician practices, health systems, and specialty clinics to increase patient referrals.
  • Educate & Advocate: Present our services, care protocols, and patient-first approach to clinical teams and office managers, highlighting our ease of referral and insurance navigation support.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor regional healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine partnership strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our clinical and intake operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new referral sources and their patients.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of successful experience in healthcare business development, physician liaison roles, pharmaceutical sales, or medical device sales (experience in specialty care or infusion therapy is a strong plus).
